What data we process and why

Please do not send identity documents, bank details or health data through the form.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, 12 months from your last contact. If you do, for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as legal obligations require (tax, commercial and anti-money-laundering rules).
Who else has access
We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. We use service providers acting as processors: Cloudflare (website and form hosting; form data is stored in the European Union), Google (email) and, if you message us on WhatsApp, Meta. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@gestorenglish.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
